Hosted by the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (SHEDA) , the 29th Malaysian Developers' Council (MDC) Meeting brought together delegates from REHDA and SHAREDA. The event commenced on 23 January 2026 with a series of industry site visits hosted by Ibraco Berhad and Hock Seng Lee Berhad with the official MDC Meeting following on the morning of 24 January 2026 .
