The SHEDA: ENCORE ESG Edition 2025 marked a significant milestone in promoting sustainable real estate development in Sarawak. SHEDA formalized partnerships with GreenRE and the Green Building Index through MoUs, reinforcing its commitment to green building initiatives. Five member projects were recognized for their dedication to sustainability by submitting for green certification under GreenRE Sdn Bhd. The event, officiated by YB Datuk Dr. Haji Hazland bin Abang Haji Hipni, brought together key industry players to drive ESG principles in the housing sector.
