Quotation for Construction and Completion of farm road at Jalan Kingka, Bekudu, Samarahan By-Pass.

Quotation are invited from Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) Road Work/ Earthworks Class F, Head III, Subhead I registered contractor for the above subject. The details are:

1. Quotation documents with detail specification are obtainable at PPK Siburan, KM28, Jalan Kuching/Serian, 94200 Kuching during office hours at RM50.00 per set.

2. Completed Quotation form is to be accompanied by certified true copy of valid UPK certificate, Company Trade License and Registration Certificate.

3. The contractor whose quotation is accepted shall when required enter into a formal contract with the organization for the due execution of the work.

4. The complete quotation form must be submitted in sealed envelope marked "Ref:SBN/202/G/34/Vol.2/(85)" addressed to The Chairman, PPK Siburan, d/a Pejabat Pertanian Siburan, KM 28, Jalan Kuching/Serian, 94200 Kuching by 12 July 2005.

5. The organization does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
