KENYATAAN TENDER

1. Tenderer are invited from UPK Registered Contractors for the following project:
(A) Tender No: MDB/PW/TC/1/2006
CADANGAN PEMBINAAN DEWAN SUKAN MALUDAM DI LOT 780, PEKAN MALUDAM, BAHAGIAN BETONG, SARAWAK
Class : D
Head : II
Subhead . 2
Document Fee . RM200.00 ( Refundable)
Tender Deposit. RM2000.00 ( Non-Refundable)

2. The Tender document above are obtained from the Betong District Council of Public works Section during office hours on payment of the specified Document Fee to Treasury Section.

3. The tenderer is required to produce the original OR certified true copies of the following for verification before the document could be issued.

3.1.1 Business Names Registration Certificate
3.1.2 Current Trade License
3.1.3 Certificate of Registration of Contractor issued by UPK
3.1.4 Certificate of Registration issued by Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia (CIDB)

4. All document shall be collected by a Company director or his representative with letter of Authorization from the company firm.

5. No document will be issued after 4 Aug, 2006.

6. Any tender delivered after stipulated time from whatever cause arising will not be considered.

7. All tender must be submitted in plain sealed envelope enclosed with Certified True Copies, Current Trade License and Certificate of Registration of Contractor issued by UPK clearly marked the Tender No. and appropriate heading and to reach:

95700 Betong, Sarawak

On or before 1200 noon on 08 Aug 2006

8. The Betong District Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender or to assign any reason there of.
