(1) Quotations are invited from UPK Registered Contractors for the following:-

REPLACEMENT OF RAILING TO SONG KHENG HAI HAWKER CENTRE KUCHING

UPK Registered Contractor: Head II, Sub-Head 1 or 2 or 6 Class F only

Quotation Fee – RM50.00 (Non-refundable)

(2) Quotation Documents are obtainable from the Building and Landscaping Division, Administration Office at 1 st Floor, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Jalan Padungan during office hours on payment of Quotation Fee. Original proof of registration with UPK is to be produced before quotation documents will be issued. Quotation Documents will be issued after 12.00 Noon on Monday, 24 October 2005 .

(3) Quotation must be submitted in properly sealed envelope should be addressed to the City Secretary, Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan and placed in the Quotation Box provided in the Tender/ Quotation Room of General Office Administration Division, 3rd Floor, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Jalan Padungan , 93675 Kuching not later than 12.00 Noon Thursday, 27 October 2005 .

(4) The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
