(1) Tenders are invited from UPK Registered Contractors for the following:-

(2) Tender Documents are obtainable from the Building and Landscaping Division, Administration Office at 1 st Floor, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Jalan Padungan during office hours on payment of Document Fee & Deposit. Original proof of registration with UPK is to be produced before tender documents will be issued. Tender Documents will not be issued after 12.00 Noon on Monday, 13 July 2005 .

(3) Tenders must be submitted in properly sealed envelope should be addressed to the City Secretary, Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan and placed in the Tender Box provided in the Tender/ Quotation Room of General Office Administration Division, 3rd Floor, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Jalan Padungan , 93675 Kuching not later than 12.00 Noon Thursday, 18 July 2005 .

(4) The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
