LEMBAGA PEMBANGUNAN LINDUNGAN TANAH (PELITA)
(LAND CUSTODY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY)

Tenderer are invited from UPK registered Contractor Class I or Class II, Head VIIB, Subhead 1b, 2b, 3b, 4b, and 5b or higher for "THE PROPOSED ELECTRICAL HT/LT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR BELADIN RURAL GROWTH CENTRE" subject to the following conditions:

1. Tender documents shall be obtained from Lembaga Pembangunan dan Lindungan tartan (PELITA) at Level 5, Wisma Satok, Jalan Satok, 93400 Kuching during normal office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender document fee of RM300.00.
2. Payment shall be in the form of Banker's Cheque/Draft made payable to Lembaga Pembangunan dan Lindungan Tanah (PELITA).
3. Tender must furnish proof of UPK registration and an authorization letter when collecting the tender documents.
4. No tender shall submit more than one (1) tender for-the above project.
5. The tenderer whose tender is accepted shall, when required, enter into a formal Contract with Lembaga Pembangunan dan Lindungan Tanah for the due execution of the works.
6. Tender shall remain open for acceptance for 90 days from the closing date of tender.

All tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Tender No. PTN (U)/05/10/05 for ""THE PROPOSED ELECTRICAL HT/LT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR BELADIN RURAL GROWTH CENTRE" and addressed to The General Manager, Lembaga Pembangunan dan Lindungan Tanah(PELITA), Level 5, 8 & 12 Wisma Satok, Jalan Satok, 93400 Kuching not later than 12.00 noon 31st October 2005.

Lembaga Pembangunan dan Lindungan Tanah (PELITA) does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and no reason shall be given for rejecting any tender.
