Document Deposit : RM 600.00

Document Fee : RM 200.00

Tender documents shall be obtainable from Tingkat 3, Ibu Pejabat, Jabatan Tanah dan Survei, Menara Pelita, Jalan Tun Abdul Rahman Ya'akub, Petra Jaya, 93050 Kuching, Sarawak on payment of docu ment fee and deposit before the closing date.

Completed tender document shall be addressed to Pengerusi, Lembaga Tender Pusat Negeri Sarawak, d/a Pejabat Setiausaha Kewangan Negeri Sarawak, Tingkat 18, Wisma Bapa Malaysia, Petra Jaya, 93502 Kuching on or before
12 noon on 8/6/2005.

Please note:

1. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

2. Only submissions by authorised signatory/signatories of tendering firms shall be considered.

3. Tender classification have already been fixed above. Application for permission to tender out of class will not be
entertained.

4. Tender document deposit will be forfeited unless all documents issued, less the portion returned with the tender submission are returned to the office which issued the tender document on or before 8/07/2005. In such event, the tender is deemed to have agreed to have the forfeiture in consideration of the priviledge of keeping the document beyond the time fixed for its return.
