The Tender Documents can be purchased during office hours effective 28 June 2005 (Tuesday) from the following place on payment of the prescribed tender fee. Payment shall be in cash,money/postal order or bank draft made payable to Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd.
The purchase of tender document by way of Company's Cheque of the tenderer will not be entertained.
Contractors intending to participate are required to produce the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE of registration with the said PKK and CIDB and a copy of the latest Form 9 (Certificate of Incorporation) duly certified by the contractor's Company Secretary.
