We are inviting only BUMIPUTRA contractors registered with the Pusat Khimat Kontraktor (PKK) or Unit Pendaftaran Kontraktor (UPK) to bid for the following tender. A company intending to participate in this tender shall be a wholly owned (100%) Malaysian Company incorporated in Malaysia Under the Companies Act, 1965.

The Tender Documents can be purchased during office hours effective 1st July 2005 (Friday) from the following place on payment of the prescribed tender fee. Payment shall be in cash,money/postal order or bank draft made payable to Bintulu Port Sdn. Bhd.
The purchase of tender document by way of Company's Cheque of the tenderer will not be entertained.
Contractors intending to participate are required to produce the ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE of registration with the said PKK or UPK and a copy of the latest Form 9 (Certificate of Incorporation) duly certified by the contractor's Company Secretary.
