| Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP) has announced the adoption of a new policy to accept Bank Guarantee (BG) as an Alternative Mode of Payment for the Road Maintenance Deposit. |

| 1) Road Masintenance Deposit Amount: |
RM75,000 and above |
| |
|
| 2) Bank Guarantee Validity Period: |
Eighteen (18) months |
| |
|
| 3) Effective Date: |
01 September 2006 |
| |
|
| 4) Condition: Developers shall arrange with the Council a final handover inspection three (3) months priior to the expiry date of the Bank Guarantee.
