ARTICLE 9 - Privileges of Membership

  1. An Ordinary Member shall be accorded with all the rights and privileges under this Constitution, including but not limited to the right to participate in all the activities of the Association, to attend, speak and vote at General Meetings, to hold office, to introduce new members, and to make use of facilities of the Association.

  2. An Affiliated Member shall be accorded with all such rights enjoyed by an Ordinary Member except that the Affiliated Member shall not be entitled to vote at a General Meeting or to be elected as an office bearer.
