ARTICLE 7 - Categories of Members

  1. Membership shall be divided into the following categories:

    (a) Ordinary Member

    (b) Affiliated Member

  2. Any company meeting the requirements of Article 6 above shall be eligible to apply as an Ordinary Member.

  3. Any Company which is a subsidiary of an Ordinary Member within the meaning of the Companies Act 1965 shall be eligible to apply as an Affiliated Member. Notwithstanding this provision, nothing herein shall preclude such Company from applying to be admitted as an Ordinary Member on its own merit.
