ARTICLE 1 - Name and Address

  1. The Association shall be known as the Persatuan Pemaju Perumahan Dan Harta Tanah Sarawak (Sarawak Housing And Real Estate Developers' Association)

  2. The registered address and postal address of the Association shall be Lot 2335, 1 st Floor, Bormill Estate, Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce, 93150, Kuching, Sarawak.

  3. The registered address and postal address of the Association shall not he changed without the prior approval of the Registrar of Societies.
