10. Copy of Agreement entered with Land Owner for development works & PA (if applicable) note #
11. Extract of Title certified by Registrar
12. Copy of Land Title
13. Copy of Project Brochure (if applicable)
14. Copy of Developers' License (License No. / Expiry Date) (if applicable) note #
15. Copy of Advertisement Permit (License No. / Expiry Date) (if applicable) note # 
16. Entrance Fee / Subscription Fee - RM2,800 (Ordinary Member), RM 800 (Affiliated Member)
